Founding owner beta: free while we build it with you
It's 6:55pm. A customer just texted.
A customer texts. Your agent drafts the reply. You tap send.
Scooper Agent answers your texting line around the clock from your Sweep & Go account: skips, "are you coming today," reschedules, new leads, card follow-ups. Nothing reaches a customer until someone on your team approves it.
Free for founding owners during the beta. Setup takes about 20 minutes.
Illustration, names are examples.
- Works with Sweep & Go and Quo only, for now
- Your whole crew in one app, each with their own login
- Its agent was built on real customer texts at Scoop Hero, a pet waste removal company
Your agent gets a dog's name. You pick the name and coat during setup, and that is who your team sees in the app. Scoop Hero's agent is Lady. In the examples on this page it is Rocky. The rest of this page just says "your agent."
One text, start to finish
This is what happens while you're on a route, at dinner or asleep. Five moments, about two minutes.
- 6:55pm
The customer texts your line
Same number they always text. They never download anything or talk to a chatbot menu.
Your texting lineDana R.Hey, is anyone coming today? Haven't seen the truck yet.6:55pm
- 6:55pm to 6:56pm
Your agent checks the route, then drafts
It reads today's route board in Sweep & Go and your local time. If it can't back an answer, it asks the tech first. No guessing at ETAs.
- Read route board: Marco, stop 14 of 18
- Dana R. is stop 16 today
- Local time 6:55pm, inside route hours
- Asked Marco to confirm
Marco's phone: Still on track for Dana R. (stop 16)?
YesNoNo asks when: By 3pmBy 5pmNot today
- 6:56pm
Your office person sends it
A push hits the phones of your office team. Jess claims it, so nobody double-texts Dana. One tap on Send reply and it goes.
Needs you: Dana R. asked about todaynowWestside, 6:55pm. Rocky drafted a reply from the route board.
Jess sent Rocky's replySent.Nobody picks it up? A routine draft like this gets a reminder push after 2 hours. Urgent items and new leads get a second push 5 minutes later, then an email to the owner.
- 6:57pm
You get a receipt, not a ping
Done items land quietly in the Done feed. "Delivered" means the carrier confirmed it, not just that we hit send.
Done: sent ETA to Dana R. (Westside), delivered 6:57pm. Sent by Jess.Done: sent skip confirmation to Ray K. (Westside), delivered 6:41pm. - 7:15am next day
Read the morning digest over coffee
Counts first, then the one thing waiting on you. Read it in ten seconds and get on with your day.

Illustration, names are examples. Your agent uses the name you give it.
The texts that eat your evenings
Your agent works from your real accounts, schedules and prices in Sweep & Go. Not a script.
"Are you coming today?"
Reads the route board and local time. Asks the crew when it can't back the answer.
Marco is a few stops away, likely between 7:15 and 7:45pm. Not a guaranteed time.
Skip requests
Confirms the skip against your skip policy and the customer's schedule.
Got it, we'll skip Thursday the 22nd.
Rescheduling
Moves the visit within your rules and tells the customer the new day.
You're moved to Friday this week.
New leads
Answers service area questions from your ZIP codes and quotes from your Sweep & Go pricing, then gets them signed up.
Yes, we cover your street. Here is our weekly price for 2 dogs.
Card declined
Sends the pay link and follows up on collections, the way you'd want it said.
Your card was declined. Here's a link to update it.
Anything it shouldn't touch
Refunds, custom prices and complaints go straight to a person. It says so instead of guessing.
Needs you: Owner decides.
One app for the whole crew
Everyone gets their own login and only sees what their job needs. Your techs get four big buttons. That's it.
Owner
You- Sees everything
- Money, refunds, policy, team members
- Makes the calls marked Owner decides
Office
Handles texts- Shared Needs you queue
- Sends, edits or skips customer replies
- Open, Mine and Recent views
Tech
In the truck- Only route and ETA questions for them
- I'm out today, Running late, Can't access a yard, Done for today
- Never approves texts or money
iPhone alerts need the app on your Home Screen (iOS 16.4 or later). The invite walks each person through it: Share, Add to Home Screen, open it from the icon, Turn on alerts. See the steps.
Approve-only. Nothing goes out without a tap.
During the beta, nothing reaches a customer without a tap from your team. Later you will be able to pick which kinds of messages your agent can send on its own. That setting is planned, not built yet.
- Planned: loosen it per type of message, not all or nothing
- Refunds and credits always need a person
- Every send has a receipt and a name on it
Preview of planned settings. Not in the app yet.
What it will do, and what it won't
It will
- Answer around the clock on your existing texting line, so customers see your business number.
- Check the route board and your local time before it talks about an arrival.
- Ask your crew when it can't back up an answer, instead of guessing.
- Follow your rules for skips, service area and collections, and quote your Sweep & Go prices.
- Show receipts when a text is delivered, so you know it landed.
It won't
- Send a reply nobody approved. Every reply waits for a tap from your team.
- Give refunds, credits or discounts on its own. Money decisions stay with the owner.
- Make up an arrival time the route board can't support.
- Answer "is this a bot?" without you. That reply waits for your team like every other, so you send the honest answer. Wording to copy.
- Share your data with another business. Each one gets its own isolated agent.
Three ways to answer the 9pm texts
If you are reading this, you probably do the first one. Here is the plain trade.
| Question | You, at night | A virtual assistant | Scooper Agent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who answers at 9pm or Sunday? | You, when you see it | During their shift | Drafts it at any hour. Your team sends it. |
| Knows today's route? | Yes, if you check | Only if they log in and look | Reads the route board before it answers |
| Sends without asking you? | You are the one sending | Usually, once trained | Never. A person taps send on every reply |
| Learns your rules? | Already in your head | Training, and again when they leave | You set them once in setup. They stay. |
| Your crew in the loop? | Group texts and calls | Depends on the person | Shared queue, claim, receipts when texts deliver |
| What does it cost? | Your evenings | An hourly wage, plus management | Free in beta. Then a flat price you agree to first. |

- Sweep & Go and Quo only.If you run on another scheduling or texting tool, it will not work for you today. Tell us what you use.
- One location per business. One Sweep & Go account and one Quo texting line. Running more than one territory? Multi-location is planned, not built yet.

- No text message alerts for staff yet.Alerts come by push, then email to the owner. Staff text alerts start once our own registered number is approved.
- It is a beta.Expect things to change as we build. Founding owners shape what comes next, and we want to hear what breaks.

Questions owners ask
What can it handle?
Skip requests, "are you coming today?" questions, rescheduling, new leads asking about service area and pricing, and payment and collections follow-ups. For "are you coming today?" it reads your route board and the local time. If it cannot back an answer, it asks your crew instead of guessing.
Will it text my customers without me knowing?
No. It starts approve-only. Every reply is a draft that someone on your team sends with one tap. During the beta it stays that way. Later you will be able to let it send one type of message on its own, like skip confirmations, and switch it back any time. That setting is planned, not built yet.
What do I need to use it?
A Sweep & Go account and a Quo texting line. Right now Scooper Agent works with those two only. You also connect your own ChatGPT account or an OpenRouter API key.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes, and you do it yourself: connect Sweep & Go, connect your Quo texting line, name your agent, set your business rules, connect your AI account, invite your team, then run a test and go live.
Can my office person and techs use it?
Yes. Everyone gets their own login and role. Owners see everything. Office staff handle customer texts. Techs only get questions about their route, answered with big buttons like "Running late" or "Can't access a yard." Techs never approve texts or anything about money.
How does my team get alerts?
Through the Scooper app on their phones, with push notifications. There is a shared Needs you list, and anyone can claim an item so two people never answer the same customer. If nobody picks up an urgent item, it sends a second push, then emails the owner. Quiet hours hold routine items until morning. You get a daily digest and receipts when texts are delivered.
Do my techs need to download an app from the App Store?
No. They open their invite link and add the app to their Home Screen. On iPhone that step is required for alerts and needs iOS 16.4 or newer. The invite walks them through it, and the staff help page has the steps for iPhone and Android.
Who is sending the texts to my customers?
Your business, from your own Quo number. Customers see your number, the same as today. Every reply waits for a tap from your team, so if a customer asks whether they are texting a bot, your team makes sure the answer is honest: an AI assistant helps your business. The AI Disclosure page has wording to copy. Signing replies with your agent's name is planned, not built yet.
Is my data safe? Is it shared with other businesses?
Each business gets its own agent on its own server, with its own data. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your customers' records or texts to train AI. You can ask us to delete everything.
How much does it cost?
Free for founding owners during the beta. We agree on a flat monthly price before you ever pay. Your Quo, Sweep & Go and ChatGPT plans bill you as usual.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
That is why it starts approve-only: a person sees every reply first. You can pause the agent in one tap, and you can jump into any conversation in Quo. When you do, the agent steps back from that conversation for 4 hours.
Who built it?
Service Booster, a marketing agency for home service businesses in St. George, Utah. We built the agent behind it at Scoop Hero, a pet waste removal company, where it works on real customer texts. Scoop Hero runs it on an older setup, not the Scooper app your team would use.
Who is behind it
Built by Service Booster, St. George, Utah
We are a small marketing agency for home service businesses. We kept seeing the same thing: the phone buzzes, and the customer waits, because the owner is on a route, at dinner, or asleep.
Scoop businesses have it worst. Your customers text, they text at night, and the honest answer to "is anyone coming?" lives in a route board nobody can check from the dinner table.
So we built an agent inside a working scoop company, Scoop Hero, and put it to work on real customer texts on real routes. Every mistake it could make, we watched for. That is why it starts on a short leash: it writes the reply, a person taps send.
Scooper Agent takes that agent and puts it in a hosted app with a shared queue for your whole crew. Scoop Hero still runs its own older setup, not this app. We built Scooper Agent so any scoop business on Sweep & Go and Quo can have its own. Email support@scooperagent.com and you reach the people building it.
